Delivery is free to United Kingdom addresses.

When your order will arrive

• Handling: 1–3 working days.
• Transit: 5–15 working days.
• Estimated total: 6–18 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Tracking

We email a tracking link after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to show its first scan.

More than one parcel

Items in the same order can arrive separately. Each dispatched parcel receives its own tracking information.

Address changes

Email us immediately if the delivery address is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change once handling has begun.

Delays and missing parcels

If the 6–18-working-day estimate has passed, email info@everyhaven.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and keep you updated.

Check the dimensions, access route and installation requirements on the product page. Large lighting should be measured against the room and intended mounting position.
