These terms apply when you use the EVERYHAVEN website or place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products, sizes, colours and included items accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. The written product information and selected option apply to your order.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total product and delivery cost is shown before payment. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.

Orders
An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or delivery cannot be completed. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, or use its content in breach of applicable law.

Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law says otherwise.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
