How to use
- Place sifted matcha in the bowl and add the appropriate amount of hot—not boiling—water for your preferred preparation.
- Whisk briskly with the bamboo whisk until the surface is evenly aerated.
- Rest the rinsed whisk on its ceramic holder to help it retain its shape.
Care
Hand wash the bamboo whisk and utensils promptly in clean water, then air-dry fully. Wipe the whisk holder and ceramic pieces with a soft non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking of bamboo and sudden temperature changes. Kiln-glazed pieces naturally vary slightly in tone and pattern.
