These terms apply when you use EveryHaven or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products
We aim to present dimensions, materials, colours, options and included parts accurately. Screen settings can affect colour. Natural stone, shell, wood and glazed finishes vary from piece to piece.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. UK delivery is free. The order total is shown before payment. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or delivery cannot be completed. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Delivery
Handling takes 1–3 working days. Transit takes 5–15 working days. Estimated delivery is 6–18 working days. See our Delivery page for tracking and delay information.
