Installation and setup
A qualified electrician must confirm ceiling support, fixings, final drop and electrical compatibility, then install the pendant in accordance with current UK requirements.
Care
Isolate power and allow the lamp to cool. Dust with a soft dry cloth. Alabaster is porous: avoid acidic cleaners, abrasives and excess moisture.
Delivery and returns
UK delivery is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–15 working days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 6–18 working days from order to delivery.
