Installation
Lumo is a mains-powered, hardwired fitting. Installation must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with current UK wiring regulations and the requirements of the installation location. Isolate the electrical supply before any work begins. Confirm wall suitability, circuit compatibility and dimmer compatibility before installation. If dimming is required, use a compatible dimmable G9 bulb and suitable dimmer.
Natural stone, honestly described
Travertine is a naturally porous stone. Variation in tone, open pores, small surface voids, veining and texture is expected and is part of the material’s character, not a fault. The light you receive will not be visually identical to another piece or to a photographed sample.
Care
Switch off and allow the fitting to cool before cleaning. Dust with a soft dry cloth. If needed, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, bleach or chemical stone cleaners. Avoid saturating the travertine.
Delivery and returns
UK delivery is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–15 working days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 6–18 working days from order to delivery.
